Music garlic is a "Garlic Lovers" garlic! This garlic variety is prized for it's mild flavor and ease of peeling. Its flavor is well developed without any bitterness, and it does not disappear when cooked. A single clove can add so much flavor to any recipe. Music is beautiful hard neck, porcelain garlic that originates from Italy. This variety keeps well until April or May when stored properly.

Music produces nice large bulbs with 6 to 8 cloves per bulb and great for planting in the Fall or eating!
